Output specification T provides PNP open collector 2 outputs plus analog voltage output (0.6 to 5 V, switchable to auto-shift or copy function). Compound pressure rated range -100.0 to 100.0 kPa, set/display range -105.0 to 105.0 kPa, smallest settable increment 0.001 MPa, withstand pressure 500 kPa. Port R1/8. The ZSE20AF-T-01-J is a compound-pressure (vacuum plus low positive) digital switch used to verify workpiece pickup and release on vacuum pad and ejector systems, and to monitor low-pressure air lines. Its PNP dual switch outputs plus analog voltage output let a PLC both trigger on threshold events and log the continuous pressure trend. The 3-screen display shows the live reading, threshold and peak/bottom values simultaneously. The auto-preset function derives optimum set values automatically, making it well suited to pick-and-place, packaging and electronics handling equipment.
