ZL112-G Applications
The SMC ZL112G is fitted with an analog vacuum pressure gauge rather than a digital vacuum switch, giving at-a-glance local indication with no wiring or configuration. It is used in packaging, woodworking, printing and material handling where large, porous or leaky workpieces are lifted. It suits high suction flow duties such as bag opening, sheet feeding and board handling. The 3 stage diffuser construction raises suction flow well beyond a single-stage ejector, and the built-in silencer keeps exhaust noise down. Note SMC discontinued this item in January 2019; the replacement is the ZL112A-VEAL series.
