Single action, red flame-resistant PBT handle on white aluminium die-cast (ADC12) body. Fluid: air. Operating pressure 0.1 to 1.0 MPa, proof pressure 1.5 MPa. Ambient/fluid temperature -5 to 60 C (no freezing). 90-degree switching, rotating torque 3.0 N-m or less. VHS40-F04-D Applications
Isolates supply air and exhausts downstream residual pressure ahead of maintenance on larger size-40 pneumatic lines. The G1/2 (F04) porting supports high flow for main air feeds and FRL air-preparation stations. The red handle padlocks in the OFF/exhaust position as a lockout-tagout energy-isolation point. Part of the OSHA-compliant VHS-D generation, which delivers up to 88% higher flow and an indicator window versus earlier VHS models.
