Two-layer construction with a polyurethane inner tube and a polyolefin outer layer equivalent to UL-94 Standard V-0. Fluid: air/water, max. operating pressure 0.8 MPa at 20°C, temperature range -20 to 60°C (water 0 to 40°C, no freezing), min. bending radius 35 mm.

The TRBU flame-resistant tubing suits air and water piping in areas where sparks from spot welders or grinding operations can reach the line. Its polyolefin outer layer is equivalent to UL-94 Standard V-0, resisting ignition, while the polyurethane inner tube keeps the flexibility and pressure rating expected of standard pneumatic tubing. The Ø12 x Ø8 yellow tube in a 20 m roll is well suited to welding cells, robot piping and machine builds where flame resistance and colour coding matter.
