The SMC SY31205LOUM5Q is the non-polar suppressor, CE-compliant member of the M5-ported SY3120 family, so its coil can be wired either polarity and the valve carries the CE mark. It is used as a standalone body ported valve in compact assembly, electronics and packaging machinery. It is suited to driving small double acting cylinders, air grippers and vacuum circuits close to the actuator. Non-polar wiring removes a common commissioning error on 24 VDC machines, and body porting means the valve needs no manifold or sub-plate to run.
