The PSE541A-R06-C2 is a compact remote vacuum sensor that outputs a 1 to 5 V analogue signal proportional to vacuum from -101 to 0 kPa, ideal for confirming pad grip on vacuum pick-and-place, semiconductor and electronics handling systems. Its small body mounts close to the vacuum pad or ejector, and the ø6 one-touch port speeds tube connection. Feed the analogue output to a PSE200 controller or PLC analogue input for adsorption/leak monitoring. The C2 suffix sets ±2% F.S. accuracy; choose the A/blank option for tighter ±1% F.S. work.
