SMC PSE201X101 Pressure Sensor Controller — Multi-channel pressure sensor controller/monitor, made-to-order X101. PSE201 multi-channel digital pressure sensor controller/monitor from the PSE200 series; -X101 is a made-to-order (Japanese special) variant. A single controller monitors up to 4 remote PSE-series pressure sensors, displaying pressure and providing switch outputs. PNP open-collector 5 outputs + auto-shift 1 input, max 80 mA, residual voltage 1 V or less. Analogue output 1 to 5 V (approx. 1 kΩ). 4-digit 7-segment measured-value display (orange) plus 1-digit channel display (red), sampling 4 times/second. Operating temperature 0 to 50°C. Current consumption 55 mA or less.

PSE201-X101 Applications

The PSE201-X101 multi-channel controller reads up to four remote PSE-series pressure or vacuum sensors from one panel-mounted unit, cutting wiring and display cost on vacuum-handling and pneumatic clamping systems. It shows each channel's pressure, drives PNP switch outputs for part-present or leak detection, and provides a 1 to 5 V analogue signal for logging. The -X101 suffix denotes a made-to-order specification, so verify the exact configuration and lead time with SMC. Pair with PSE530/540/560 sensors for vacuum, compound or positive-pressure ranges.
