PA5110-F04 Applications
The SMC PA5110F04 is used in paint, coating and coolant systems that need a higher flow than the 3/8 body pumps can deliver. Its 1/2 body with an ADC12 aluminium wetted section and a PTFE diaphragm suits it to solvents and paints that would swell a rubber diaphragm while the fluid itself does not attack aluminium, making it a good fit for paint circulation loops, solvent recovery and bulk coolant transfer. It is air operated with internal switching, so it self-primes, tolerates running dry, and stalls safely when the discharge is closed.
