PA3210-F03 Applications
The SMC PA3210F03 is used in semiconductor, pharmaceutical and chemical processing lines where the pumped fluid attacks aluminium or nitrile. Its SCS14 stainless steel wetted body and PTFE diaphragm suit it to acids, solvents, deionised water and aggressive cleaning chemistry, so it is a common choice for etchant circulation, filter feed duty and chemical drum transfer. Running on compressed air alone, it needs no motor or controller in the wetted area, and the G parallel thread ports connect directly to BSPP fittings common on European and Middle East installations.
