O1D100 Applications
The ifm electronic O1D100 is used in industrial automation for non-contact distance measurement, level monitoring and positioning tasks. It is well suited for detecting fill levels in tanks and hoppers, verifying part presence and stack height on conveyor lines, and monitoring the position of machine components and stored goods. With a scalable 0.2 to 10 m measuring range, a laser class 2 visible spot for easy alignment, IO-Link communication and a rugged IP 67 diecast zinc housing, it delivers reliable optical measurement in demanding factory environments.
