MXQ8-40 Applications
The extended 40 mm stroke of the SMC MXQ840 covers the gap between the mid-stroke tables and the long-travel variants on the same 8 mm bore. It is used in automated assembly, test and inspection rigs and material handling cells, and is suited to loading parts into a fixture, extending a sensor or gripper over a work area and multi-position sequencing. Integration of the guide rail and the table keeps deflection low even with the longer travel.
