MGQM12-40 Applications
The 40 mm stroke gives the SMC MGQM1240 double the reach of the MGQM1220 on the same 12 mm slide bearing body. It is used in packaging machinery, laboratory automation and small-parts assembly. It is suited to lifting product clear of a conveyor, extending tooling into a station, and pusher duty needing genuine travel from a small bore. The integrated guide holds non-rotating accuracy near full extension, where the slide bearing keeps the plate steady under the eccentric load a long stroke tends to invite.
