MGPM40TF-125Z Applications
The SMC MGPM40TF125Z gives 125 mm of guided travel for pick-and-place work between fixed stations. It is used as the Z axis on two-axis gantries, in vacuum-cup pick heads lifting parts clear of a nest, and on transfer arms moving components between conveyor and machine. The 125 mm stroke reaches across a typical station gap while the twin guide rods take the moment load of a gripper hung off the end plate. Auto switches mount directly to the body to signal pick and place positions.
