MGPM25TF-150Z Applications
A 150 mm stroke gives the SMC MGPM25TF150Z the reach to lift product clear of guarding, fences and adjacent tooling. It is applied on gantry Z-axes serving deep totes, on lift tables that raise a stack to a fixed pick height, and on loaders that feed presses from below the die line. At this length the guide rods do most of the work of resisting the overturning moment from an offset gripper, which is why a guided cylinder is specified here in place of a plain round-body cylinder.
