Uncushioned and G-ported, the SMC MGPM20TF100Z is the plain-bearing twin of the air-cushioned MGPM20TF100AZ and the one to specify when stroke-end damping is not needed and cost matters. Its 100 mm travel and parallel BSPP port make it a straight fit for European and Middle East pipework. It is used in electronics assembly, packaging machinery and laboratory automation, and suits pick-and-place transfer, part ejection and light clamping at moderate cycle rates.
