MGPM20-50Z Applications
The 50 mm stroke of the SMC MGPM2050Z suits mid-travel transfer moves where a 25 mm stroke is too short to clear a fixture but a 75 mm stroke would overshoot the work envelope. Its Rc port thread makes it the natural fit for machines already plumbed to a tapered-thread standard. It is used in assembly automation, electronics handling and packaging lines, and is suited to pick-and-place lifts, pusher and stopper stations, and clamping. The integral slide-bearing guide takes the side load and non-rotating torque directly, so no external guide rail is needed.
