MGJ10-20 Applications

The SMC MGJ1020 is used in compact electronics assembly, semiconductor handling, laboratory instruments and benchtop automation that needs the longest reach in the miniature guide rod range. It is suited for lifting and lowering small trays, for advancing grippers or nozzles clear of a fixture, and for transferring tiny parts between adjacent stations. Its 20 mm stroke is double the MGJ10-10 and four times the MGJ10-5, giving maximum travel where the 10 mm bore still fits the available space. Non-rotating accuracy of ±0.1° keeps tooling square and integral wiring and piping to one direction simplifies routing.
