LEMC32UT-500 Applications

The SMC LEMC32UT500 is used in packaging, electronics and general assembly machinery where a long horizontal transfer must fit under a low ceiling or inside a shallow frame. It is suited for high-speed shuttle transfer over 500 mm, for combining with customer-selected external guides, and for replacing rodless pneumatic cylinders where programmable multi-point stopping is needed. The cam follower guide gives smooth travel with easy maintenance, the 48 mm lead favours speed over thrust, and bottom motor mounting keeps the overall height and centre of gravity low. Note: manufacture discontinued since May 2025, replaced by the LEMC-JXC series.
