KRL10-02SW2 Applications
The SMC KRL1002SW2 is used in welding cells, foundries and other areas where weld spatter or hot particles can reach the pneumatic tubing. It is suited to robot welding guns, jig and fixture clamping, and conveyor stops located near spatter sources. The flame-resistant body, equivalent to UL-94 Standard V-0, is the reason this fitting is chosen over standard one-touch fittings: it resists ignition where a conventional resin fitting could fail, and the pre-applied thread sealant removes the need for separate sealing tape during installation.
