KQG2L06-01S Applications

The SMC KQG2L0601S is the Ø6 mm, R1/8 male elbow of the stainless steel 316 KQG2 range, turning a 6 mm line through 90° at the port in corrosive or hygienic environments. It is used in food and beverage production, pharmaceutical and chemical plant, and washdown areas where a resin-bodied KQ2 elbow would not survive. It suits steam lines, cleaning-in-place rigs and machines subject to caustic wash. The pre-applied thread seal allows installation without PTFE tape, and the 316 body with FKM seals runs grease-free to 150 °C.
