SMC KQ2H0803NS One-touch Male Connector — Ø8 tube x R3/8 male, nickel-plated brass with sealant. SMC KQ2H08-03NS KQ2 Series One-touch male connector, Ø8 mm tube to R3/8 male thread. Brass + electroless nickel plated body with pre-applied thread sealant. Usable in vacuum to -100 kPa up to 1 MPa. Fluid: air/water; ambient/fluid temperature -5 to 60 degC (no freezing). Accepts nylon, soft nylon and polyurethane tubing with one-touch insertion and release.

KQ2H08-03NS Applications

The KQ2H08-03NS connects a Ø8 mm tube to an R3/8 male port and uses an electroless nickel-plated brass body for added corrosion resistance and a uniform finish. Pre-applied thread sealant provides a leak-tight R-thread joint without tape when threaded into valves, cylinders and manifolds. The one-touch collar grips the tube on insertion and releases with a light push for tool-free assembly, working from low vacuum (-100 kPa) to 1 MPa on air and water lines.
