SMC KQ2H0406A One-touch Different Diameter Straight — Ø4 tube x Ø6 tube reducing union. SMC KQ2H04-06A KQ2 Series One-touch reducing straight union connecting Ø4 mm tube to Ø6 mm tube. Tube-to-tube push-in fitting (no thread). Usable in vacuum to -100 kPa up to 1 MPa. Fluid: air/water; ambient/fluid temperature -5 to 60 degC (no freezing). Accepts nylon, soft nylon and polyurethane tubing with one-touch insertion and release.

KQ2H04-06A Applications

The KQ2H04-06A is a different-diameter straight (reducing union) used to join a Ø4 mm tube to a Ø6 mm tube inline within pneumatic circuits, allowing a step change in tube bore without adapters. Its one-touch mechanism grips the tube on insertion and releases with a light push of the collar, giving fast tool-free assembly. Suitable from low vacuum (-100 kPa) to 1 MPa for air and water lines in automation, instrumentation and general machinery.
