KJ10D Applications

Sized with an M10 x 1.25 thread for 25 mm and 32 mm bore cylinders, the SMC KJ10D is the smaller of the two common KJ rod ends and suits compact actuators. It is used in assembly automation, packaging lines and material handling where a rod end must swivel as the load moves through an arc. It is suited for oscillating link mechanisms, pivoting clamps and flaps, and any joint needing automatic centering. The spherical bearing rotates smoothly in any direction up to a 19 degree allowable inclination angle, and it works as an auxiliary bracket for oscillating mechanisms beyond cylinder duty, cutting design and assembly labour.
