ISE40-01-62L Applications
The R1/8 port, PNP 2-output plus analog, 3 m lead wire build of the SMC ISE400162L suits panels where the controller sits well away from the sensing point. It is used in factory automation, packaging and machine-tool compressed-air circuits to monitor positive line pressure. It is suited for clamp and gripper confirmation, air-supply drop detection, and closed-loop pressure trending via the 1 to 5 V analog signal into a PLC analog card. The two independent PNP outputs let one switch serve both an alarm threshold and a process interlock, while the 3-1/2 digit LED display gives operators a direct local reading during setup and fault-finding.
