IL211-F02 Applications

The IL211-F02 is a double-acting lock-up valve used in air-operated process control lines. If the air source or supply piping fails, the valve holds the last operating pressure at the actuator until supply is restored, preventing uncontrolled actuator movement. Signal pressure above the set point opens the IN-to-OUT path; if signal drops below the set pressure the valve closes and locks. Suited to fail-freeze protection of pneumatic control valves and positioner-driven actuators in G-thread (G1/4) piping systems.
