Provides a resin filter case, filter element and mounting hardware to install a particle filter into the circulating fluid piping. Element is replaced when the pressure drop reaches the specified limit.

HRS-PF005 Applications

The HRS-PF005 particle filter set installs a particle filter into the circulating fluid line of SMC HRS100/150 thermo-chillers, removing solid contaminants to protect downstream process equipment. Used in high-capacity cooling loops for lasers, semiconductor tools and machine tools; the element is periodically replaced (see HRS-PF006 element) as pressure drop increases.
