HRS-BP005 Applications

The HRS-BP005 bypass piping set is fitted to SMC HRS-series thermo-chillers to route part of the circulating fluid back to the tank, maintaining stable pump flow and pressure when the external load flow is restricted. It protects the pump and stabilizes temperature control in semiconductor, laser and machine-tool cooling loops using HRS040/050/060 chillers.
