GS40-02 Applications

The SMC GS4002 is a digital pressure sensor in a gauge-shaped body, used where a machine needs both a clear local pressure readout and a switching output from a single 1/4 inch port. It is suited for compressed-air supply monitoring, clamp and chuck pressure verification, and pressure-drop alarms on production equipment. Because it drops into the same port a mechanical gauge would occupy, it upgrades an analogue indication point to a digital, switchable one without re-piping, and the display unit switching function lets operators read the value in the units their site standardises on.
