The D-M9BL is a 2-wire solid state auto switch with a 3 m lead wire, detecting magnet position in pneumatic cylinders and grippers for 24 VDC relay and PLC inputs. Being solid state, it has no mechanical contacts to wear and withstands 1000 m/s2 impact, giving longer life and higher shock tolerance than reed types. The 2-wire design simplifies wiring, and the extended 3 m lead suits actuators mounted away from the control cabinet.
