CXSM15-30 Applications
The 15 mm bore with 30 mm stroke gives the SMC CXSM1530 5 mm more travel than the 25 mm stroke version at identical thrust, which suits transfer stations needing extra clearance over a fixture or conveyor rail. It is used in electronics assembly, medical device manufacturing and packaging machinery for part lifting, indexing and diverter gates. Two piston rods and a slide bearing guide hold plus/minus 0.1 degrees non-rotating accuracy under side load, so tooling repeats position without a separate guide unit, and the built-in magnet accepts SMC auto switches directly.
