CQSB20-20D Applications

The SMC CQSB2020D is used in packaging, electronics assembly, food processing and general factory automation where a 20 mm bore delivers moderate thrust over a short 20 mm stroke. Typical duties include clamping, part ejection, stopping and indexing on conveyors, gate actuation and pressing in compact jigs and fixtures. The square compact body mounts through-hole or both-ends-tapped and lets auto switches sit flush on any of four faces, so the cylinder fits machine frames where a standard round cylinder will not. The standard rod end female thread accepts knuckle joints and floating joints.
