The CJ2K-Z non-rotating rod mini cylinder is used where a load must be moved linearly without the piston rod twisting - small part transfer, pin insertion, stopping, pushing and simple pick-and-place on compact assembly and packaging machines. The hexagonal rod profile resists rotation so external anti-rotation guides can be omitted. This basic-mount 16mm bore, 90mm stroke version has no built-in magnet, so it is intended for open-loop cycling without auto switch position sensing.
