CJ2D16-30AZ Applications

The air cushion version is chosen when a ø16 mini cylinder must run faster or carry more inertia than a rubber bumper can absorb, so it suits high-cycle transfer arms, flippers, ejectors and swinging linkages where end-of-stroke impact and noise would otherwise shorten cylinder life. Cushion needles allow deceleration to be tuned on site. The double clevis mount handles pivoting loads. No built-in magnet is fitted, so auto switches cannot be used on this model.
