WITHOUT built-in magnet (no leading D in CDJ2), so it is NOT auto-switch capable. SMC CJ2D10-5Z is a CJ2-Z series mini air cylinder, standard type, double acting, single rod. Bore 10 mm, stroke 5 mm (intermediate stroke; SMC manufactures CJ2 strokes in 1 mm intervals without spacers). Mounting style D = double clevis, mounted perpendicular to the cylinder axis. Cushion: rubber bumper. Head cover port location perpendicular to axis. Piping port M5 x 0.8. Fluid: air. CJ2D10-5Z Applications

Suited to compact pick-and-place, clamping, indexing and small part transfer stations where a short 5 mm push-pull motion is required in a very tight envelope. The double clevis mount lets the cylinder pivot as the load swings, so it works well on toggle links, flippers and small door or gate mechanisms. With no built-in magnet it is intended for open-loop cycling where stroke-end confirmation is handled by external mechanical or optical sensing rather than auto switches.
