The D prefix indicates a built-in magnet for auto switch mounting. Standard port thread is M5 x 0.8. Supplied without stroke adjustment and without auto switches (2 pcs. or none can be fitted). CDU16-25D Applications

The CDU16-25D pairs a 16 mm bore with a 25 mm double acting stroke, giving the longest travel of the CU16 group here for transfer arms, product pushers, guide retraction and small door or shutter movements. The free mount design lets the cylinder be secured directly on multiple faces of the body, cutting bracket count and machine width. The built-in magnet allows auto switches for extended and retracted feedback, making it suitable for PLC-controlled sequencing.
