SMC CDU1610D Free Mount Cylinder — 16 mm bore, 10 mm stroke. SMC CDU16-10D is a CU series free mount cylinder, double acting, single rod, with a 16 mm bore and 10 mm standard stroke. The D prefix indicates a built-in magnet for auto switch mounting. Standard port thread is M5 x 0.8. Supplied without stroke adjustment and without auto switches (2 pcs. or none can be fitted). CDU16-10D Applications

The CDU16-10D steps up to a 16 mm bore for more thrust while keeping a very short 10 mm double acting stroke, ideal for clamping, pressing, indexing pins and holding fixtures where force matters more than travel. The free mount body mounts directly on multiple faces so it drops into tight tooling plates without brackets, and the built-in magnet accepts auto switches for clamped and released position feedback in automated assembly and inspection stations.
