Rod end female thread M6 x 1.0, rod diameter 12 mm, port size M5 x 0.8. Operating fluid air, non-lube (lubrication not required). Proof pressure 1.5 MPa, maximum operating pressure 1.0 MPa, minimum operating pressure 0.07 MPa. Piston speed 50 to 500 mm/s. CDQSB25-50D Applications

This 25 mm bore CQS with the full 50 mm standard stroke offers the highest force in the series bore range together with a longer working travel, about 245 N extending at 0.5 MPa. It suits pushers, ejectors, lifters, stoppers and tooling advance where both force and reach are needed but panel depth is limited. Built-in magnet allows flush auto switch mounting on three or four faces for stroke-end feedback in packaging, assembly and material-handling machinery.
