Rod end female thread M5 x 0.8, rod diameter 10 mm, port size M5 x 0.8. Operating fluid air, non-lube. Proof pressure 1.5 MPa, maximum operating pressure 1.0 MPa, minimum operating pressure 0.07 MPa. CDQSB20-5D Applications

The 5 mm stroke CQS is a short-throw clamping and locating actuator for jigs, fixtures and index tables where movement is minimal but force and repeatability matter. At 0.5 MPa it still delivers roughly 157 N of clamping force from a body only a few centimetres long. Built-in magnet allows flush auto switch mounting on three or four sides, so clamp-closed confirmation can be wired without adding width to the fixture. Common in welding jigs, machining fixtures and pin-locating mechanisms.
