CDQSB20-25D Applications

The CQS square-body compact cylinder suits machine designs where axial length is at a premium, such as clamping, indexing, part transfer and small pick-and-place stations. The compact 20 mm bore with a 25 mm stroke delivers roughly 157 N of push at 0.5 MPa, enough for fixture clamping or pressing light components. Its built-in magnet lets auto switches be mounted flush on three or four sides for stroke-end confirmation without protruding from the body, making it easy to package in dense jigs and assembly cells.
