CDQ2B32TF-5DZ Applications

A 5 mm stroke with a full 32 mm bore is a pure force actuator: almost no travel, plenty of clamping thrust. That is exactly what fixture clamps, work-holding pads, lock pins, die stops and pressing pads need, where the part only has to be pinched or nudged a few millimetres. Because the body is extremely short, it fits into jig plates and tooling stacks that cannot accommodate a conventional cylinder. Built-in magnet allows flush auto switch mounting to confirm clamp state.
