SMC CDQ2B3275DZ Compact Air Cylinder — 32 mm bore, 75 mm stroke, rod end female thread (standard body option). SMC CDQ2B32-75DZ is a CQ2-Z series compact air cylinder with a 32 mm bore and 75 mm stroke - the longest standard stroke in this batch. Double acting, single rod, with a built-in magnet (CDQ2 prefix) so auto switches can be added on any of the 4 mounting-groove surfaces available on the ø32 body. Mounting style B is the standard through-hole type. The rod end is the standard female thread. Port thread on ø32 is Rc. Operates on air at 0.05 to 1.0 MPa with a proof pressure of 1.5 MPa, non-lube, at a piston speed of 50 to 500 mm/s. Ambient and fluid temperature range is -10 to 60 degrees C with the auto switch magnet fitted. Shipped without auto switches. Replacement seal kit CQ2B32-PS.

CDQ2B32-75DZ Applications

Long-stroke duty from a short-body cylinder: pusher, ejector and reject stations, part lifting and transfer over larger gaps, wide-opening clamps and gates, and feed strokes on small presses and packaging machinery. The compact body means the retracted length stays short compared with a tie-rod cylinder of the same stroke. The built-in magnet supports D-M9 series auto switches on four faces of the ø32 body for stroke-end feedback to a PLC without external limit switches.
