SMC CDQ2B2030DZ Compact Air Cylinder — 20mm bore, 30mm stroke, double acting, standard rod end female thread. SMC CDQ2B20-30DZ is a CQ2-Z series compact air cylinder with a 20 mm bore and a 30 mm standard stroke. It is double acting, single rod, with a through-hole (B) mounting style and a built-in magnet for auto switch position sensing. The body option is standard, giving a rod end female thread of M5 x 0.8, and no rubber bumper is fitted. The Z suffix denotes the auto switch mounting groove, machined on 2 surfaces on bores 12 to 25 mm. Ports are M5 x 0.8 and the piston rod diameter is 10 mm. The through-hole mounting style bolts the short body straight through a plate or bracket, and the built-in magnet lets auto switches drop into the machined groove for end-of-stroke confirmation without any external bracketry. The M5 x 0.8 rod end female thread accepts SMC rod end nuts, eyes and tooling adapters.
