SMC CDQ2B2025DCZ Compact Air Cylinder — 20mm bore, 25mm stroke, double acting, rubber bumper. SMC CDQ2B20-25DCZ is a CQ2-Z series compact air cylinder with a 20 mm bore and a 25 mm standard stroke. It is double acting, single rod, with a through-hole (B) mounting style and a built-in magnet for auto switch position sensing. The C body option adds a rubber bumper; the rod end retains the standard M5 x 0.8 female thread. The Z suffix denotes the auto switch mounting groove, machined on 2 surfaces on bores 12 to 25 mm. Ports are M5 x 0.8 and the piston rod diameter is 10 mm. Operating medium is air, with a proof pressure of 1.5 MPa, a maximum operating pressure of 1.0 MPa and a minimum operating pressure of 0.05 MPa. Piston speed range is 50 to 500 mm/s, lubrication is not required (non-lube), and the ambient and fluid temperature range is -10 to 60 C with the auto switch magnet fitted. Stroke length tolerance is +1.0 / 0 mm, and with the rubber bumper fitted the allowable kinetic energy rises to 0.110 J versus 0.055 J without cushion.
