SMC CDQ2B2010DZ Compact Air Cylinder — 20mm bore, 10mm stroke, double acting, standard rod end female thread. SMC CDQ2B20-10DZ is a CQ2-Z series compact air cylinder with a 20 mm bore and a 10 mm standard stroke. It is double acting, single rod, with a through-hole (B) mounting style and a built-in magnet for auto switch position sensing. The body option is standard, giving a rod end female thread of M5 x 0.8. The Z suffix denotes the auto switch mounting groove, machined on 2 surfaces on bores 12 to 25 mm. Ports are M5 x 0.8 and the piston rod diameter is 10 mm. CDQ2B20-10DZ Applications

This is the standard workhorse variant of the CQ2 compact cylinder, suited to clamping, stopping, lifting, indexing and short-stroke part transfer on assembly, packaging and material handling machinery where mounting depth is limited. The through-hole mounting style bolts the cylinder straight through onto a plate or bracket. The built-in magnet allows auto switches to be dropped into the machined groove for end-of-stroke confirmation, and the M5 rod end female thread accepts standard SMC rod end accessories and tooling.
