Basic (B) mounting, rubber bumper cushion (N), male rod end. 50 mm bore, 100 mm stroke, 20 mm piston rod diameter, M18 x 1.5 rod end thread, Rc 1/4 cylinder port. Fluid air, non-lube. Maximum operating pressure 1.0 MPa, minimum operating pressure 0.05 MPa, proof pressure 1.5 MPa. Piston speed 50 to 1000 mm/s. Allowable kinetic energy 2.00 J with rubber bumper and male rod end. Ambient and fluid temperature -10 to 70 C without auto switch, -10 to 60 C with auto switch. Stroke length tolerance +1.4/0 mm. Rod cover, tube cover and piston in hard anodised aluminium alloy; hard chrome plated carbon steel piston rod. Rod end nut supplied as standard.

CDG1BN50-100Z Applications

A higher force round body cylinder for pressing, lifting, clamping and heavy transfer work where a 50 mm bore is needed to generate the required thrust over a 100 mm stroke. The 20 mm chrome plated rod resists side load and wear in continuous duty. Basic mounting bolts through the covers for straightforward installation, and the built-in magnet lets D-M9 series auto switches be strapped to the barrel for end of stroke signals to a PLC.
