SMC CDG1BN3275Z Round Body Air Cylinder — 32 mm bore, 75 mm stroke. SMC CDG1BN32-75Z is a CG1-Z series round body air cylinder, double acting with a single rod, 32 mm bore and 75 mm stroke. The CDG1 prefix denotes the built-in magnet version for auto switch mounting; B is the basic mounting style and N specifies the rubber bumper cushion. It operates on air with a maximum operating pressure of 1.0 MPa, a minimum operating pressure of 0.05 MPa and a proof pressure of 1.5 MPa. Piston speed range is 50 to 1000 mm/s and lubrication is not required (non-lube). Ambient and fluid temperature is -10 to 70 C without an auto switch and -10 to 60 C with an auto switch. Suited to general automation tasks needing a moderate stroke from a compact round barrel actuator, including part transfer, pressing, feeding, clamping and gate operation. Mounting is the basic style, with foot, flange, clevis and trunnion brackets available separately across the CG1 range if a different fixing is needed. The built-in magnet supports direct auto switch mounting for position feedback, and the rubber bumper protects the covers at stroke ends. Non-lube design allows operation on clean dry compressed air without an in-line lubricator.
