SMC CDG1BN3250Z Round Body Air Cylinder — 32 mm bore, 50 mm stroke. SMC CDG1BN32-50Z is a CG1-Z series round body air cylinder, double acting with a single rod, 32 mm bore and 50 mm stroke. The CDG1 prefix denotes the built-in magnet version for auto switch mounting; B is the basic mounting style and N specifies the rubber bumper cushion. It operates on air with a maximum operating pressure of 1.0 MPa, a minimum operating pressure of 0.05 MPa and a proof pressure of 1.5 MPa. Piston speed range is 50 to 1000 mm/s and lubrication is not required (non-lube). Ambient and fluid temperature is -10 to 70 C without an auto switch and -10 to 60 C with an auto switch. The built-in piston magnet allows reed or solid state auto switches to be band mounted for stroke end detection, and the rubber bumper absorbs impact energy at both ends of travel.
