SMC CDG1BN32200Z Round Body Air Cylinder — 32 mm bore, 200 mm stroke. SMC CDG1BN32-200Z is a CG1-Z series round body air cylinder, double acting with a single rod, 32 mm bore and 200 mm stroke. The CDG1 prefix denotes the built-in magnet version for auto switch mounting; B is the basic mounting style and N specifies the rubber bumper cushion. It operates on air with a maximum operating pressure of 1.0 MPa, a minimum operating pressure of 0.05 MPa and a proof pressure of 1.5 MPa. Piston speed range is 50 to 1000 mm/s and lubrication is not required (non-lube). Ambient and fluid temperature is -10 to 70 C without an auto switch and -10 to 60 C with an auto switch. The longest standard stroke in this group, used where the actuator must move a load a substantial distance, such as long push feeds, gate and shutter operation, lifting mechanisms and product diverters. At 200 mm of travel the rod extension should be checked against side load limits; a guided cylinder is recommended if lateral loading is significant. Built-in magnet construction allows auto switches to be mounted anywhere along the tube for end position and intermediate position sensing back to the machine controller.
