SMC CDG1BN32175Z Round Body Air Cylinder — 32 mm bore, 175 mm stroke. SMC CDG1BN32-175Z is a CG1-Z series round body air cylinder, double acting with a single rod, 32 mm bore and 175 mm stroke. CDG1BN32-175Z Applications

An intermediate stroke variant supplied when a standard 150 mm or 200 mm travel does not match the machine geometry. Typical duties include pushing, clamping, ejecting and transferring components on assembly, packaging and material handling equipment where the actuator must reach a fixed target position. The built-in piston magnet supports auto switch feedback for cycle confirmation and interlocks, while the rubber bumper cushions each end of travel. Non-lube operation on clean dry compressed air keeps maintenance minimal in continuous production.
