SMC CDG1BN32150Z Round Body Air Cylinder — 32 mm bore, 150 mm stroke. SMC CDG1BN32-150Z is a CG1-Z series round body air cylinder, double acting with a single rod, 32 mm bore and 150 mm stroke. The CDG1 prefix denotes the built-in magnet version for auto switch mounting; B is the basic mounting style and N specifies the rubber bumper cushion. It operates on air with a maximum operating pressure of 1.0 MPa, a minimum operating pressure of 0.05 MPa and a proof pressure of 1.5 MPa. Piston speed range is 50 to 1000 mm/s and lubrication is not required (non-lube). Ambient and fluid temperature is -10 to 70 C without an auto switch and -10 to 60 C with an auto switch. Chosen where a longer working travel is required from a small bore round body actuator, for example pusher arms, lift and rotate stations, diverters and stopper mechanisms on conveyors. The basic mounting style bolts through the end cover, and optional foot, flange, clevis and trunnion brackets are available separately from the CG1 range. The built-in magnet lets solid state or reed auto switches be positioned anywhere along the barrel, and the rubber bumper limits shock when the piston reaches either end of the 150 mm stroke.
